My many questions to Ron were handled in a professional and pleasant manner. Ron went so far as to phone me after the furniture was delivered to confirm my satisfaction with the furniture quality and delivery process. We dealt with everyone in the store & everyone was extremely patient, helpful, and FUN.
I really like this item and service I got it from home living furniture. Well constructed, beautiful finish, but heavy. Will purchase an additional night table.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Home Living Furniture. Unfortunately, there are times when my ability to solve a customer issue promptly is held hostage to the furniture manufacturer's ability to supply me with parts. This, I am sad to say, was the case with your recliners. The manufacturer was experiencing an extreme back order in their stock of parts due in part to the fact that their parts are made in Italy. I felt so badly that you were inconvenienced that we sent our upholsterer Rich to you to see if he could fix the recliners by reworking their original parts. He gave it his best effort, but finally had to admit that the only way to remedy the issue would be with an installation of new parts.
I plan on working with her in the very near future. The delivery men were also very professional and helpful. Barbara was so helpful when we were in the market for a new home entertainment center.

They had a great variety and carried furniture from a number of reputable companies. The customer service team was great in answering all of my questions I had . They were courteous and respectful and made the process smoother. Couldn't have had a better experience.
Store reps went overboard to be helpful and accommodating. Delivery was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this showroom and will continue to patronize it. I will only go to Home Living Furniture store for all my home furnishing needs.

The t shape or peninsula can be used for a small third desk area if somebody sits at the end of it. If your kids are home schooled this is a perfect desk for that. Small business owners will appreciate using this desk.
I shop here for all my furniture because of the great customer service, and their wide variety of beautiful furniture. I send all my family and friends to home living in Howell for these reasons. After a rough experience with another furniture store that lacked in customer service, This place a breath of fresh air.
I will be a customer for life and recommend them to everyone I know without a hint of reservation. This was my first purchase with Home Living Furniture. At first I was apprehensive due to the fact that I live in Boston and I have never made such a large purchase over the phone without seeing the products. However that all changed once I spoke with Barbara Dwyer. My Wife was also very happy because all 4 pieces of furniture arrived under a months time. I would highly recommend Home Living Furniture and Barbara to all my friends and family.
She was very easy to work with and our furniture was exactly as described. The only hitch was with delivery in that deliveries to our area are limited to 2 days a week. However, the store was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, as was the delivery service. The delivery service also did a great job of assembling the unit and removing the packing material. I would not hesitate to work with Barbara again if we need furniture in the future.
I am absolutely positive that this matter never would have got to this point of rectification if I had not gone public with the situation. You continue dragging into this matter the amount of time it took me to reply to you. You were very aware from the first time I CALLED YOU that I was going in for an ankle replacement. So, unless you have any thing additional you want to regurgitate about this purchase, I verify my new server has arrived.
They made the shopping experience a great one. We will be back and will absolutely refer our friends & family to your business!!!! The delivery people were amazing also. They took care when delivering the furniture both times they had to deliver.
There were no other issues with this item. As the hardware was not a replaceable item, we immediately ordered you a new one. I cannot speak for the quality control department of the manufacturer. I am sure it comes down to simple human error. Keep in mind that we willingly and immediately addressed all of your issues. Customer service and satisfaction is a priority for our company.
The delivery of our furniture came off timely and without any problems. Purchased two-tone Vaughn Bassett Bedroom . Wish the bed was not so modernistic so I could also buy. But so extremely delighted with furniture and the fact I can do all transactions by phone and mail.
We also ordered an accent chair with a custom coordinating fabric. We will receive our set in 8-10 weeks and cannot wait! It was such a nice experience and we will definitely be back for more furniture.
It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Gina was very helpful and I truly love my new furniture. I can't thank Home Living Furniture enough for all there help with our furniture purchase.
