Delivery and setup went as planned and very professional. Will not hesitate to purchase my next piece of furniture here. I got helpful advice from the salesman when placing my order. The furniture was delivered in a timely fashion and was placed in our home carefully by trustworthy delivery men. Between ordering and delivery we were kept updated as to the status of our order.
The staff is amazing and the service is EXCEPTIONAL. I am very impressed with the quality and beauty of the furniture. Thank you for giving my home a new look and feel. I received the piece the next day because they had one at their location.

HLF was able to find and deliver to me a beautiful Hooker entertainment console and hutch that no one else had and even the manufacturer said was no longer available. I saw it in a catalogue in another store but was met with a dead end when I attempted to order it as the piece was no longer in production. Alan was persistent in his determination to fulfill my heart's desire to have this gorgeous piece of furniture . It took more than a week, and I had resigned myself to having to go with a far inferior piece, but Alan came through. He simply would not give up, and he gave me an amazing deal on a very expensive piece of furniture.

Unfortunately, there are times when my ability to solve a customer issue promptly is held hostage to the furniture manufacturer's ability to supply me with parts. This, I am sad to say, was the case with your recliners. The manufacturer was experiencing an extreme back order in their stock of parts due in part to the fact that their parts are made in Italy. I felt so badly that you were inconvenienced that we sent our upholsterer Rich to you to see if he could fix the recliners by reworking their original parts. He gave it his best effort, but finally had to admit that the only way to remedy the issue would be with an installation of new parts.

John also told us that if we ever damaged our furniture, they had personnel that could fix it. It was a very good experience for us! I purchased the Ashley Catalina bedroom set a few years ago and I love it. This chest of drawers is going to make my bedroom complete. Color is more on the beige side than antique white. Three years owning the other pieces and they are still like brand new, even after a long distance move.
It was our first stop in looking for bar height chairs. Our sales rep, Bibi, as well as her manager (I can't remember his name) were both very patient and helpful. The staff was confident in the product but were never pushy.
Only con I see is that your keyboard has to sit on top of the desk because no slide out keyboard tray was incorporated into the design. There is really no way to add one either because of the drawer and curved design under the desk top. I bought a monitor riser so I can stow the keyboard under it to make more desktop space when needed. The pricing is very competitive and there is a great selection of furniture. The sales staff went out of their way to help me with my selection.
I love my dining room & China closet set. Terry & Barbara were great to work with. I told them what I was looking for & they pointed me in the absolute right direction. Dining table had 2 small chips on underside & they sent out their repair team quickly.
This piece is beautiful, and very well made. My experience at Home Living Furniture was amazing. This chair is comfortable for my elderly mother, but one of the two motors has given up after 4years.
